The exterior was beautiful and it was in a great location in Ponce.

− This place was terrible. My expectations were high given that's it been written up in a number of places. When I arrived a few hours early, I was told I couldn't check in. I understand that this isn't always possible, but the hotel seemed absolutely dead, so I was a bit surprised. The front desk person was rude and didn't even ask my name to check if my room was ready. When I came back a few hours later, no one was at the desk. Someone apparently had to walk over from another property, which took about 10min. Once she arrived at a leisurely pace, she also had a surly, unhelpful attitude. The lobby was still dead and was just kind of depressing. None of the interior bars were open or occupied and there was so much unoccupied space. My room wasn't much better - the door wouldn't shut properly; there were no windows; it was poorly maintained; and there was no hot water. Again, the front desk person wasn't much help. I alerted her to the water issue, which she said she would check, but the next morning, same problem in the moldy, leaky shower. I didn't see another guest my whole time there.

The ability to use the Melias pool (Hotel across the plaza) was nice. Receptionist guy was cool and the pizza was good.

− Not what I expected. Looks more like a motel than a hotel to me. Bed Sheets had stains on it and bathroom was impossible to open completely due to the small space. Felt claustrophobic for a moment. Place is creepy and I feel like it's totally not what you would expect.

The outdoor areas are beautiful, and although the interior decoration is quite unique, the room was clean and functional. They also serve pizzas on the terrace until late, which is very convenient. The location is really convinient, right next to the most important spots.

− The downsides were that the room didn’t have a window. The wifi was not working and they had music playing till late.

Estaba super bien ubicado! El hotel muy bonito . Las camas cómodas .

− La habitación no tenía ventana . Solo una pequeña en el baño. Se echaba de menos un poco de luz .

If this is the only available option, then ok. But it is better to book in advance, there is a better hotel with the sam

Location in the city center. Availability in the very last minutes for booking rooms

− Trash in the bathroom after previous guests, smell of mould in the room, too high price for the so tiny room without even window, walls like as from paper, you can hear everything from you neighbour to the pool if someone wants to play in the nighttime. There is also policy about music 24 hours that was too loud, but receptionist was so kind to make it a bit down.
