Good location and amenities, but the stench in Room number 2 and the dirty carpet spoilt it.
3.0Location was very good, the actual amenities in the house were good, good kitchen and common living space Good communication with host to help get there
− Despite the bed being clean, the carpet was filthy and had not been vacuumed - there was a chunk of hair right in the middle of the carpet when I arrived. Worst of all, the room stunk - strongly - presumable of body odour from the last client as there were no windows you could open in the room I had. I couldn't get rid of the smell all night. I know it was a bargain price, but a quick hoover and aerating the room would have not taken that long to do.

− Wasn't clear that it was a shared apartment with other occupants sharing the kitchen and lounge area. We had en suite bathroom but the toilet leaked there was an empty soap container on the sink. No kettle in room. There was two in the kitchen but only a couple of mugs available. Floor felt rotten and moved when stepped on in the hallway.
