− Ca am plătit mic dejun ul si nu l am primit

7.0Camere curate, frumoase si aerisite. Baie curata. 10/10 pentru cameră (ignorând AC-ul care nu dădea aer rece). Check-in rapid, efectuat chiar înaintea orei precizate.
− Din pacate, nu am luat micul dejun, chiar daca am ales și plătit această opțiune pe Booking. Nu a existat deloc mic dejun in această dimineață pentru oaspeți. Nici nu exista personal la recepție in acel interval. Am sunat la nr. de telefon afișat la recepție, răspunsul angajatului a fost "Da, bine", apoi a închis apelul (sper că din grabă pt a remedia situatia). Din fericire, vom primi banii inapoi, insa situația a fost incomodă.
