Cabaña espectacular, nueva, con todo tipo de detalles y en frente de la piscina. El desayuno muy bueno Una pena habernos quedado solo una noche

Las cabañas son muy bonitas. El hotel está a 5/10 min andando del centro aunque el camino es algo oscuro por la noche. Está también a 10/15 min andando del puerto. Zona muy tranquila. Para comer/cenar tienen una carta y puedes hacer pedido por whatsapp y te lo traen. El chico de recepción muy amable.

− Llegamos por la tarde y nos dijeron que ya no teníamos opción a pedir desayuno par el día siguiente. LAs habitaciones huelen a humedad aunque es normal ya que están a pies de la piscina.

Property is overall clean and was great.

− I complained to the staff that the ac was not working around 10pm a staff member came in his underwear in an upset mood, I told him ac was not working and he said that is impossible. I showed him it isn’t blowing cold air he still would not agree and said the remote is showing it is on the cold setting. When I told him that’s what the remote says but feel how humid and hot the room is he starts getting upset saying things in his language getting angry, he also said he would report me to booking.com for complaining. I was respectful and just wanted him to check the ac in return he was disrespectful and angry.

Peaceful Stay, but Room for Improvement

Green Palm Cottage is a peaceful place to stay on Nusa Penida. The property is clean, well maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere, making it a nice place to unwind. However, it is located in a fairly quiet area with not much to do within walking distance. It's not the kind of place where you can simply step outside and enjoy nearby cafés, restaurants, or a lively atmosphere. During our stay, we had very little interaction with the staff. While everyone was polite, we missed the warm and personal hospitality that we experienced at many of the other accommodations during our trip. This isn't necessarily a negative, but it does make it a little harder to stand out compared to other places on the island. The cottages themselves are clean and comfortable. The only issue we experienced was that the hot water in our shower lasted for less than five minutes, which was disappointing. Overall, we would rate Green Palm Cottage a 7 out of 10. It is a good, peaceful accommodation, but there are a few areas where the overall guest experience could be improved.

Todo!! El alojamiento precioso, las habitaciones preciosas y limpísimas, una decoración exquisita, al mínimo detalle. El personal encantador. Made nos ayudó en todo fue muy amable con nosotros.
