1.0− AWFUL Dirty with bed bugs. Everyone who stayed with us in this apartment came away with Scabies and Bed Bugs. The apartment was disgusting and we would like a full refund immediately.

7.0It was very clean, the bed was massive and very comfortable. Very good contact relating to checking in and access to keys, parking etc. Tea bags were supplied which I didn’t expect.
− There were no forks, there were no channels available to watch on the tv as it didn’t link to the wifi. It wasn’t a problem for us as we arrived late and were only staying for one night, but if we’d been staying for longer it would have been an issue. I didn’t expect there to be tea, coffee, sugar etc. but the coffee was ground coffee beans and there was no coffee machine to use it.
It was very pleasant.
9.0It was clean and bright and Rasika and his wife were wonderful and so helpful.
− I parked in a bay and ended up getting blocked in for a few days by someone that chose not to respond to the note I left on his car. Once he moved, I was able to go to a different spot and able to get in and out as I wanted

− Shower head was not fitted property so when you turned shower on was spraying against the wall. Sink in bathroom when brushing teeth did not go down the plug hole until after finished

7.0Apartment was spacious and clean.
− The bed/mattress was broken on the right hand side. Needs replacing. It was ok since it was just me there, I could sleep on the left side. But if it had been a couple this would of been an issue.
