Back to Basic 4 Euro pro Person&Nacht (80 Euro).

Very basic stay indeed, relaxed attitude, but overpriced and pictures are deceiving

6.0

i liked the concept, the atmosphere, and the laid-back attitude

I did not like that there were pictures of swimming facilities (or actually: a place where children could have fun in the water) shown prominently on the booking.com webpage, while there were no swimming facilities at all. As a result, i found the place overpriced. I had expected to find these facilities, paid a certain amount because of it, and was disappointed that those did not seem to exist. It's also very difficult to reach without a car.

Ecotourism in tulip land is a slice of country paradise!

10.0

Horse stall conversions to bedrooms with kitchens was such a creative concept and highly functional ecotourism concept! No running water in the cottage, but an ingenious water cooler system. You fill it and use it at the kitchen sink like a faucet, where it drains into a bucket that is emptied by staff. Works Great! Shared lavatories with shower stalls are a quick walk away. Easy to rent bicycles at property and cycle along the canals to villages near. Fabulous host!

Location is a little far from public transport so be prepared to rent a car, pay an uber, have bicycles, or walk when you arrive a depart.
