Horrible experiencia en una "villa"

− Primero que nada, llegamos al alojamiento y no habían limpiado absolutamente nada. Todo estaba lleno de telarañas, las sábanas de la cama sucias con manchas amarillas y con hormigas. Bichos por todos lados, arañas gigantes, hormigas por las paredes y mosquitos dentro de las habitaciones. Cuando hablo de mosquitos digo que en media hora solo en una habitación maté más de 10 mosquitos. Los cuadros que hay en las habitaciones tienen una de mierda atrás que es impresionante. A eso hay que sumarle que el suelo estaba súper sucio, lleno de polvo, tierra o lo que fuera pero asqueroso. La cortina de la habitación ni hablar del asco que daba. Destacar que imagínense lo que limpiaron que había una traba del pelo de una huésped anterior, es una vergüenza. Lo peor de todo es que se lo consultamos al dueño de la casa, diciéndole que no queríamos quedarnos ahí y que nos diera una solución o devolvernos el dinero o buscarnos un alojamiento limpio. Su respuesta fue en otras palabras que nos aguantáramos. No nos dio ninguna solución, vinieron a limpiar el día siguiente, tuvimos que pasar la noche ahí con toda la suciedad. No he pasado una noche tan mala en un alojamiento como esa noche. No lo recomiendo para nada, al contrario, sobretodo calidad-precio, prefería haberme quedado en un hostal y me hubiera ahorrado dinero.

− Do not stay here! Villa was broken into and management didn't care turn up or do anything. They also mucked up my booking and then tried to charge me extra. Staff barely speak English Never stayed anywhere in bali where the customer service was so terrible. These guys are dodgy!

− Felt so unsafe at this villa! Staff were dodgy and villa was broken into and they wouldn't give the ctv footage and didn't care.
it was a great stay , Agus received us well and made us feel welcome. he was very friendly too

− The Cleanliness need some work, but its a nice and cosy place
