− Die Jalousien waren defekt, keine Möglichkeit der Müllentsorgung, der Garagenplatz bzw. die Tiefgarage war sehr eng! Durch den Straßenlärm war die Wohnung sehr laut!

− Les fils des stores (dans les 2 chambres) ne permettaient pas de relever correctement les stores
