Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement mit einer grossen Terrasse wo es an nichts fehlt. Super Lage um spazieren zu gehen. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Tapas Bar Golf 19, 200 Meter entfernt. Restaurant Roma 1,5 Kilometer entfernt. Der Hausmeister Cristian sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würden immer wieder kommen.

− Schade dass der Aussenpool erst ab Mitte Juni geöffnet ist. Es ist aber ein Innenpool und Fitness vorhanden.

1300€ For Misery: No Hot Water, Rude Host and Third-World Conditions

Absolutly nothing and Terrible experience: To anyone thinking of booking this flat, please don’t do it. It’s an absolute nightmare and a waste of money. Avoid it at all costs and read this review. I had to suffer here with two very small children, while also being pregnant. I booked for one month for a total of 1,300 euros (7Dec to 6 Jan) and I was forced to leave on 10 December (just 3 days later) due to the conditions in the flat and the completely unacceptable behaviour of the host/agency.My check-in was scheduled for 16:00. I arrived on time, with my two small children, expecting someone to be there with the keys. Instead, the representative did not arrive until 16:30. The explanation I was given was that she was alone with her child and had to leave him with a neighbour.This was not my responsibility as a paying guest. I paid for a 16:00 check-in and reasonably expected someone to be waiting for me at the property, not to be left waiting outside with young children.On top of this, the flat was very far from the main entrance of the complex. With luggage, a pushchair, and two small children, the distance made access extremely difficult and tiring. The lift access code also did not work properly, which added even more stress and inconvenience. Poor, outdated amenities and misrepresentation of the property. For the price charged, the amenities were shockingly bad and extremely outdated: The TV was extremely old, with very low resolution and very limited channels.The flat had very few amenities overall, nothing close to what you would reasonably expect for a 1,300 euro stay.The toaster looked like it was 100 years old. It did not work like a normal modern toaster you had to manually rotate the bread yourself, otherwise one side would burn while the other side remained untoasted.The listing suggests a certain quality and level of amenities that, in my experience, simply do not exist.

− No hot water – “third world” conditions for a 1,300 euro stay. On the first day we were exhausted and did not shower. On the second day, 8 December, we discovered there was no hot water in the flat at all. I immediately contacted the host to raise the issue. I was told to “wait for the boiler to warm the water” and to wait 30 minutes. I had two small children (ages 1 and 3) and we were all dirty and in need of a shower. I had no choice but to put my children to bed unwashed and go to bed dirty myself, while we waited for the boiler to supposedly heat up.We did not just wait 30 minutes; we waited more than two hours.There was still no hot water anywhere in the flat.The following morning, 9 December, the hot water gauge had risen slightly but was nowhere near full capacity, even though the boiler had been left on and “warming” for many hours, close to 15 hours in total. Whatever capacity the boiler is supposed to have, it was clearly not providing a normal or reasonable amount of hot water. On the third day, I managed to shower my two small children for about 10 minutes in total before the hot water ran out completely again. When I then tried to shower myself, there was no hot water left at all. In practical terms, the flat only provided around 10 minutes of hot water per day, after which the water went completely cold, and we were forced to wait many hours again. This is absolutely unacceptable at any time of year, but especially in December. For a 1,300 euro monthly stay, this level of hot water is disgraceful and, in my opinion, comparable to “third world” conditions.When I raised repeated complaints about the lack of hot water, the host’s responses were rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful, the host behavour was disgraceful and kept lying to me. Instead of taking responsibility or sending a plumber to properly investigate the issue, the host refused to help in any way minimized and dismissed my concerns and spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful way.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Das Appartment war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage ebenfalls top gepflegt. Auch die Lage ist auch toll, direkt am Meer. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Unschlagbar sind der breite Strand und die wunderbaren Radwege, ca. 20 km immer am Meer entlang

− Durch die sehr große, überdachte Terrasse war die Wohnung recht dunkel was sich auch negativ auf das Raumklima auswirkte. (Licht u. Luftfeuchtigkeit) Im Badezimmer gab es keine intakte Be- und Entlüftung. Die Einweisung hätte besser sein können. Z.B. Steuerung der Klimaanlage, Lage des Parkplatzes in der riesigen Tiefgarage, Benutzung Aufzug.
