− I made the booking on booking.com after seeing the listing, which stated that home is suitable for sleeping 18 and has ‘4 bathrooms with shower’ We are a group of 10 senior citizens, all in their 70’s, visiting various national parks. Comments based on actual experience: - biggest surprise was to find that the house had only 3 baths rooms with showers and a powder room (without shower), instead of the listing which states that it has 4 bathrooms with shower. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR AND UNACCEPTABLE. Had I known it earlier, I would never have booked it for us. - I called the property managers of Kabino immediately after discovering this, and was told that it was listed correctly at other sites, but they gave a vague answer related to AI on why it was listed incorrectly on booking.com. But this does not solve the issue. - She promised to bring it to manager’s attention, but I never received any further contact from Kabino. - The layout of the house is such that most beds are on Level 2, which has provision of sleeping 12 people, has only 1 bathroom! We were 6 seniors sleeping on this level, who often got up during the night to find that we had to go down to main level to use the bathroom in night. This was unsafe considering that people were sleepy and had to negotiate stairs and furniture - We found the upstairs bathroom toilet seat dirty, which we had to clean using bleach. Photo attached. - We found the basement bathroom garbage bin still had garbage from previous stay which had not been removed - General level of cleanliness and provided provisions in the house (such as dishes, utensils were poor quality or worn out) were lacking as compared to other similar level properties - If the property sleeps so many people, there should be mirrors in each bedroom - We suggest that there must be a kettle and instapot pressure cooker in the house.

Would book here again in a heartbeat.
