We didn’t stay at this house and the owners and booking have made no attempt to return my money and I have told everyone
1.0We reserved this house in April from Australia. I paid for it in full. We arrived in Niagara Falls to find a party of 11 already staying at the house. I contacted booking to get my money back and I was told that the owners had to say that we didn’t stay there. And so far I haven’t heard anything back Very poor service and I’m out the money for this house and the new Airbnb we had to rent.
