Very disappointing.
6.0The room decor was modern and the sheets & towels were clean and plentiful.
− This is not a hotel, more a pub with rooms. There is no staff on duty and we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and check us in while loud music blared from the bar. Breakfast is provided at the Diner next door and there is no alternative to a cooked breakfast - no cereals, yogurt, fruit juice, etc. The room was very dusty in places, particularly the refreshment tray, hair dryer, heated towel rail.
Not quite what Booking.com said it would be.

9.0Location, staff, breakfast was very good
− Room was abit small with Limited storage, if staying for a week I would upgrade to a bigger room. Parts of the bathroom were abit worn and could definitely use a new toilet seat.
A convenient place to stay with a clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast
8.0The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the cafe next door was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful in the hotel and the cafe. The location was great as we were attending a family party close by
− The room was a little small and the hall and stairs were a bit scruffy and uninviting
