7.0The property was very clean when we came in. Good appliances there including a water filter tower for ice cold water or hot water. Washing machine in the room and the owner left some washing powder which was great as we washed our clothes. Balcony overlooking other towers and the city. Really comfortable bed. I would recommend this as a stopover to another destination. Free access to pool area.
− This isn’t about the property, but there’s no supermarkets nearby and Cebu city is chaotic and it takes so long to get around.

9.0Помещение очень чистое и по ощущениям даже немного просторней, чем на фото. Есть один удобный балкон, откуда открывается красивый вид на море и на город. В аппаратах было всё необходимое для проживания, включая посуду, соль, порошок для стирки и даже питьевая вода. По уровню уюта это место даже превзашло наши ожидания.
− Было указано, что есть частный пляж, но в реальности они платный, около 15-20 usd в день за человека. Для нас это было немного неожиданно, а также это существенно повышает расходы на проживание, если планируется пляжный отдых. Около самого комплекса нет продуктовых магазинов. Сам район, где находится комплекс зданий, очень специфичный. Там везде одноэтажная старая застройка, не очень подходящая для туристических маршрутов.
