− Generalmente yo nunca emito comentarios pero esta vez me pareció exagerado. Primero la ubicación no es muy buena, segundo no había luz y había un calor horrible en la noche y nos dieron una vela ( personal del hotel que es lo único rescatable que son amables) habían cucarachas y para colmo la cama estaba con un forro de plástico que no pude dormir por el calor, otra cosa al llegar nos pidieron $300 pesos de depósito por habitación y no te devuelven el dinero, el parqueo está como en construcción y nadie nos contestaba para abrir la reja ( no puedo llamarle puerta) hay muchísimo que mejorar yo le daría solo media estrella no es 3 estrellas
No regresaría a este lugar
1.0Primero q nada me cobraron un depocito q no se ve por ningún lado en las condiciones el cual no lo regresan al abandonar las instalaciones y resulta que ahora para que me realicen la factura me cobran el 19 % mas de IVA para poder exepedir la factura el estacionamiento es un lote válido sucio una de las toallas estaba rota las sábanas estaban remendadas muy inconforme
