− Assistência para entrar no apartamento foi horrível, mandaram mensagem á minha esposa sendo que Eu é quem fez a reserva. Minha esposa nem cadastro no booking ela tem. Eu avisei que chegaria tarde, mesmo assim tive que ligar 3 x para co seguir código de acesso....

The breakfast was excellent when we got it. They left a bottle of local wine and some treats in our room. The rooms were clean and fitted with kitchen facilities. Checkin and checkout was straightforward. Good general hotel location despite breakfast being elsewhere.

− Breakfast is 10mins walk from the hotel in a walking street area. With a 6 year old that quickly turned into 15-20mins walk. They tell you the day of arrival  (2:51pm which technically is the time you would typically be checking in and the link sent was not functional so I had no clue until I landed at 9:30pm) that breakfast is at this location that you have to walk. Further, breakfast starts at 8:30am - knowing most tour operators try to pickup at 8am. Then there is the fact that if you then ask for a breakfast box to take away they give you a box with crackers, 1 apple, an orange juice and a bottle of water per person - nothing substantial and if you cannot eat wheat then even less. Then there was a huge debate. It was suddenly the customer's fault for flying at the time they were asking about allergies when in fact for those without allergies there was really nothing substantial and you were now learning all of this at the 99th hour. They refused any form of refund. The next day we had to move our tour time which threw off our tour completely leaving us to rush back to the airport and walk across town for 18mins. The good part was they offered to provide breakfast a bit earlier which allowed us to eat at least - though entitely inconvenienced. There is no desk staffing so avoid the need to leave luggage despite what the notification says. People leave the doors open all the time and there is no staff to look after your luggage nor a room to lock it in. The air conditioning in our first room did not quite work and the shower flooded the bathroom. Also the bathroom had no door in that room so for 4 people sharing you have no privacy in the shower.

La chambre est très jolie, spacieuse, très propre. L'emplacement est idéal, très proche du centre et 10mn à pieds du port. La climatisation est très efficace et il y a une jolie terrasse intérieure avec le jacuzi (dommage qu'on ne puisse pas l'éteindre, un peu bruyant pour la nuit mais on s'y habitue). Literie 10/10. La gestion de l'hébergement a même accepté de nous laisser un peu plus de temps pour le checkout car on s'est levé tard. Vraiment sympa !

The location and the jacuzzi were superb!

− The staff weren't around that much and you could hear every sound from outside the room a bit too clearly.

Nel centro di Heraklion, struttura nuovissima con appartamenti perfetti per 4 persone. Ci hanno anche fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino e dei dolcini tipici al nostro arrivo!
