− They are not professional at all - what I booked was not what I was automatically offered. After I made the booking rooms were not reserved - they gave me a room a couple had just existed the room They misrepresent themselves on booking.com Cleanliness they can do better I saw two rats running around the property They don't inspect their rooms, a shower head was broken in my room which made impossible to shower, I had to end up using a shower in another room we had booked
