There's nothing to like here, the view is good, but almost covered by concrete roofs below or the roof of the house next to it. And yeah, the reception area is somewhat beautiful, but don't be fooled the rest of it is nothing like that.

− This is the worst experience I've had in a resort. And at this price range it is a total disaster. On arrival you will get to a reception, where the receptionist will tell you they will be making a WhatsApp group with the support staff and you, where you can contact them. Only the schedule of food will be shared in this,and if you ask them something there won't be any reply, also there was no means to connect to the reception from the room (there was a telephone but it was not working). The only support we received is the baggage transfer from the reception to the room. And to get to the room you will have to walk down a dangerously steep path and when you need something ( when the reception won't reply to your messages) you'll have to do the hike back. There is a pool next to the banquet hall, which is poorly maintained. Walk down a bit from there , you'll get to a large game room, with a billiards table, a table tennis and a couple of carroms tables ( all of them are just tables,you can't play anything, because there's no balls, carroms etc.), which looks like they fetched it from someone's dump. This room doesn't have any ventilation and it felt like nobody laid foot in there like ever. You will get a bottle of water in the room, and you'll have to adjust with it for the whole day, because there's no means to ask if you need more. The attached bathroom we had in one of the room was leaking from the ceiling, and again there's no way to complain. And during the whole stay the only time they contacted us is to inform us the time of the check out. Overall a bad experience... Only stay if you get the room for Rs 1500-2000.

Location was great, rooms were very clean and large. Views from all locations are wonderful. Staff was co-operative

− The property is at a steep contour with not enough infrastructure to make it easy. There are very inclined slopes to climb to get anywhere in the property. The rooms were at the lower level and the climb to reception, dining, amenity spaces were very difficult due to the steep ramp. There are no buggies to take you around. Older folks would find it almost impossible to make this journey. The amenities center has not been maintained at all. Very shabby space with no light and ventilation. Swimming pool was not clean and there were no changing rooms by the poolside. One is expected to walk back to the rooms dripping after using the pool.

Pros- Beautiful property, huge rooms with view , all necessary amenities are available in room . Food is good . Overall good experience Cons- the pool was very unclean and no one were or can swim in it. I visited during Eid holidays and wanted to spend some time by the pool as it’s pretty hot . It was disappointing to see that the pool was not in usable state. The receptionist said they have only one key and lost the other key of my room and hence I had to call the reception every time I went out of the room and wanted to enter as the existing card needed to be in the room to keep on the electricity. Finally have to Climb a bit uphill to reach restaurant , reception and pool area from room . Difficult for senior citizens.
