1.0No baeakfast available, Even a kettle was provided after argument. Receiption staff looks are tough and rude. Wenoused their facilities only for late night sleeping only, as we were on a pilgrimage visitsbto Dwarikadish, Somnath and serrounding temples. Lift facilities are not adequate.

10.0I recently stayed at The Leela, Gujarat, and the experience was outstanding. The hotel is beautifully maintained with elegant interiors and a calm atmosphere.Rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. The food quality at the restaurant was excellent with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. MUST TRY FOOD
− The staff behavior was unacceptable. Several interactions felt rude and dismissive. Hospitality is key in such hotels, and unfortunately, it was missing during my stay.
