Overall, it was good except for the safety incident.
8.0− My door was locked open when I returned to my room after being away all day. I could have lost everything due to staff negligence. The bed blanket was rolled up into a ball on the corner of the bed, and I have no idea why. There was never any followup about it, so it appeared to be a non priority to Management after I reported the situation. No items were lost, but this did not inspire confidence that my items would be safe for the next few days.
Loved the hotel all in all!

10.0It was a very relaxing environment after being on the road a long time. Loved the view and the entire look of the hotel.
− Pillows were extremely (too) soft and the phone didn't work so I had to use my cell phone to call the desk.

10.0It was beautiful it was clean there was a good group of folks there it was in Anniston which I needed to stay there
− I'm a little older and to get to the pool it was a little bit of a struggle going uphill or downhill
