7.0Widok, obiekt jest nowy, wszystko działa.
− Parking jest pod obiektem ale nie zawsze zaparkujesz ponieważ jest kilka miejsc i jest to niewystarczające, Apartament z trzema sypialniami lecz jedna sypialnia przechodnia nie zamykana to duży minus, bardzo ciasne pokoje praktycznie nie możesz przejść nie uderzając ciałem to o mebel luz łóżko, część szaf to tylko atrapy mało miejsca na włożenie ubrań nie mówiąc o umiejscowieniu walizek. Łazienki bardzo małe brak miejsca na położenie szczoteczek do zębów nie mówiąc o kosmetykach itp jeden wieszak na cztery ręczniki.... W jednej łazience pod schodami niebezpieczne wejście pod prysznic. Kuchnia prawie wyposażona lecz nie ma np deski do krojenia czy otwieracza do wina, nie ma blatu roboczego, bardzo ciasno. Ogółem 62 m2 w większości zajmuje korytarz i klatka schodowa reszta to klitki nie pomieszczenia na wypoczynek. Basen malutki w większości zajęty i głęboki 1,5 najmniej. Trochę głośno ponieważ ulica jest obok. Ogólna ocena sześciu osób nie pozostawia pozytywnej opinii. Dla sześciu osób dorosłych którzy chcą mieć komfort i prywatność to za mały apartament.

Great start, awful ending.
3.0It had a great view
− The upstairs bathroom, the floor drain was overflowing constantly, probably due to a blockage in the draining system, also the place was not so clean as we thought and the host revealed it after our stay by trying to make us pay extra for dirty matrasses, good thing we took pictures right when we left were the bedsheets were left white
Despite the problems, we enjoyed our stay in Nikiana.

− Lack of proper directions. We had major difficulties locating the apartment. No one was there to meet us on arrival. The photograph of the location of the unit is deceptive. It is not suitable for the elderly or the physically impaired. We were promised by the hosts will try to relocate us however we never heard from them about this issue. Despite the heat, there was no water in the fridge, no toilet paper and no washing powder, We had1 key between the four of us.
