A wonderful location - but marred by builders

The villa is really nice space - extremely well equipped with the latest tech and with lots of thoughtful touches that make the stay easier, from bug netting to milk frothers, ironing board and charging cables - the little details a lot of properties forget! The view of Exomvourgo from the bedroom was a nice touch too, and the sightlines from the pool are very well thought through to capture the best view and cut out the other villas close by. The valley is truly beautiful and the location is brilliant for getting wherever you want on the island easily.

− Our stay was marred by building work at the adjacent villa (there are 5 in total, 3 complete) which started fairly inoffensively on our first morning but quickly became full days of drilling and banging builders blaring a radio right next door. I realise we were early in the season and accept i could have complained sooner - but having to complain isn’t my idea of a relaxing holiday and it should be obvious that building noise throughout our stay wasn’t okay. In the end it felt like our stay was compromised for the sake of future guests, but it’s not like we didn’t pay full price. This was a special trip for my 40th birthday and we really wanted quiet & relaxation - if we had known in advance there would be building going on we wouldn’t have come - and we were in contact with the property before booking and we were not warned that the builders would be every day either then or during the stay (I was told an electrician would be in at the neighbouring villa on Wednesday for the day, but I assumed just for the day or I would have objected then). At the end of the trip when I pointed this issue out I was offered a discount on a future trip which I do appreciate as a conciliatory gesture but it doesn’t make this stay any better and I’m afraid that while we will be back in Tinos, after having such an important holiday compromised we wont be coming back to this location.

Die Villa lag sehr günstig, ca. in der Mitte von Tinos, sodass wir es nie weit zu den diversen Stränden und Orten hatten. Vom Gastgeber wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und er hat uns viele Tipps für Strände und Tavernen gegeben. Die Villa selbst ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet (nur ein Wasserkocher fehlte). Sie ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Sowohl im Schlaf- als auch im Wohnzimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage! Das Highlight war der Pool! George war immer sehr hilfsbereit! Wir können es zu 100% empfehlen.

Quiet retreat and great location

We had an amazing stay at this newly built house! It was very clean and located in a very peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is excellent, with quick and easy access to beautiful beaches and close to Tinos city. George, our host, was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. He provided us with great tips for exploring the area and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and convenient stay
