5.0− Pas de chauffage….15 degrés dans la maison……personnel à qui on se plaint….hautain….détestable…..aucun chauffage possible selon eux….pas de réduction de prix envisageable…..et en rentrant le soir….maison chauffée malgré tout !!! Donc tout est bien qui se finit bien…mais…..!
