8.0Friendly and welcoming staff. The check in process was efficient. Plenty of parking outside the venue. There is a code to get in the accommodation side which makes it feel safer. The rooms were very clean with fresh towels and toiletries on the bed . Comfy beds , very good value for money .

10.0Warm and friendly welcome. Have stayed here previously. All areas are very clean.Bed and pillows really comfortable.All the staff....and the locals very welcoming and very friendly. Parking permit easy to use. Had breakfast and a few evening meals, would recommend.

10.0I booked the Wyken Inn as was dropping my daughter to Warwick Uni & didn’t fancy the long drive home the same day so going on the basic look of outside, just expected a ‘rough & ready’ room but I was so so impressed. Don’t be put off by the look of the outside, I had a standard double room & shower room which was double glazed, had heating I could control & the room, bed & shower room could not have been cleaner even if I’d cleaned it myself. I was so impressed & will be booking again when I go to visit my daughter. The manageress & staff could not have been nicer . The only negative thing, which didn’t matter to me, was it lacked ‘curb appeal’ but, having not long taken over, I’m sure that can be improved. Best of luck with your new venture.
