− The rooms were filthy. Later after my complaint, two rooms which were slightly better than the rest were given to me. I had to suffer frequent mosquito bites the entire and hotel had no mosquito repellent and also there were frequent failures and it took a long time for the Genset to start. In morning I requested the staff for tea and breakfast but they kept sleeping at the reception till 8 am. I had forcefully wake them up to make tea and breakfast for me as I had a meeting at SGPGI at 930 am. I have stayed in many OYO properties over the years but this was the worst. I couldn't sleep at night and then had to drive back to Delhi after the meeting. Will never stay in this property again.

− There are no amenities like a water bottle, towels, soaps, handwash etc. they only provide room. You have to arrange all the things on your own.

1.0I liked only location of hotel and my booking were reserved already which makes me happy that I timely got rooms.
− The bed sheet,pillows and pillow cover not cleaned , blanket even in very poor condition and inside rooms I found cigrette's small pieces.Geiser not working and even towel and other accessories not provided they told that sir we can't give till Tommorow.Not even water bottle they were kept. I would say it was totally bad experience with my family.
