God beliggenhed for ende af restaurantområdet, dog ikke så bred en balkon og overfor en parkeringsplads. Til gengæld udsigt til bjerge og tæt på restauranter og stranden. Lejligheden kunne være bedre udstyret med fx rigtig kaffemaskine (fremfor kogekedel og italiensk kaffekoger) og brødknive. Men alt i alt en fin lejlighed og god værdi for pengene. God og indhegnet parkeringsplads.
