10.0Everything. Couldnt wish for a better host. The Bill and Ben cottage had everything you needed. It was lovely and quiet location. Facilties on farm were brillant for familys as Richard kept the children entertained wirh helping to feed them and collecting eggs. Pony rides too. So much to see and do. Cant wait to go back hopefully .

Family relaxing holiday
9.0The location and facilities were brilliant, we stayed in the old stables which is a great roomy lodge with every amenitie you need for a family holiday. The play barn is a great addition, not just for young kids, either. Table tennis, pool table, and badminton are all free to use. Small bbq kettle (needed a bit of a clean) but fine for our family of 4. Gas BBQ is available to hire. The hosts Richard and Gay were great welcoming, friendly, and very approachable. Highly recommend

9.0Location was lovely. Very quiet and relaxing.
− A few more kitchen items like knife sharpener, because most of the knives were blunt. There could have done with a handrail in the bathroom to help with climbing over bath into shower etc.
Pleasant surprise
10.0The whole experience was a pleasant surprise. We needed a place to stay for a few days and this came up as available for the days we needed. Richard (the host) was really welcoming and polite. We wasn't expecting anything along the lines of what he has there, we just expected a lodge in a remote location but found a super smart huge converted barn with great parking, fantastic views and everything was really clean, fresh and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.
− Mattress was a little soft for my liking but that's just me being a bit picky.

7.0Owner is very nice and does a lot with the kids who enjoyed his animal feeding sessions, walking lema's and tractor/trailer rides. Very nice folks.
− 1 Toys available for kids need updating as most are broken or damaged. 2. List if what is available is not reflective of what you get. A. Bbq is in a bad unusable state, b. States towels are supplied but had to pay £6.50 per set due to a 2nd Towel entry lower on the list stating available with an Extea fee (confusing). 3. Summer rates are very high

One pet per cottage is subject to a £35 fee.Pets are permitted from September until the end of May ( except during Easter) plus a returnable deposit of £150
Towels are not supplied but can be hired at £6 per set ( 1x bath + 1x hand) per week.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
