7.0Az elhelyezkedés és a megközelíthetőség kiváló! Retró miliő, kedves hangulat. A vendéglátás tökéletes, nagyon kedves szállásadónk volt! Tiszta szállás, az utca ezen része csendes. A konyha kényelmes és tiszta. Az ágyak kényelmesek. Csendes ház, ottlétünk alatt nem volt zavaró körülmény. Autóval a ZTL-zóna kikerülésével könnyedén elérhető; bár a parkolást máshol oldottuk meg, a ki- és bepakolás probléma nélkül megoldható volt.
− A fűtés bár probléma nélkül működik, a meleg vizet biztosító cirkókazán üzemeltetése némi odafigyelést igényel a vendégtől. Fürdésnél az ingadozó hőmérsékletű vízhez hozzá kell szokni. A fürdőszoba egy személy számára kényelmes, kettőnek már szűkös. A lakásba olykor beszűrődő cigarettaillat nem mindenki számára kellemes.

9.0La posizione è centrale e comoda sia per arrivare nel borgo che per raggiungere la spiaggia o il palazzo dei congressi. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni servizio: stoviglie, piano cottura, biancheria, coperte e cuscini di riserva, phon, armadi spaziosi, terrazzo, lavatrice, microonde e soprattutto è molto pulito e curato.
