8.0Very small room, but good value for the price. The beds under the roof felt quite hot during the night. Despite it's small size, everything was there, inc. small kitchenette, shower, .... Small protected outdoor area for sitting and eating.
Quirky but fine for NC500
5.0The property was quirky. Thought had gone into fixtures.
− On arrival, the room felt damp - could have done with low heating on pre-arrival. That said, heat rises and overnight we were super hot in the upstairs bed area. Our fault, but we hadn't realised from the pictures just how steep the ladders were and how small the bothy was. Did have a problem with hot water in the bathroom but as we were there to simply lay our heads down as part of the NC500, this did not matter.
Nice quirky bijou accommodation.

Excellent stay. All amenities very close by. Very friendly hosts. Can recommend the food truck outside enough.

Cool place but didn’t sleep well and shower turned cold after a couple of minutes. Perhaps something I did?
