5.0L'appartement est très proche du centre ville. Le BOX fermé pour le véhicule est appréciable. Départ en bateau pour les CINQ TERRE de PORTOVENERE. Belle vue de l'appartement.
− La prestation ménage n'est pas correcte, j'ai dû faire le ménage à notre arrivée ( balayage et serpillière, lavage des vitres et nettoyage de la terrasse). C'est dommage que la terrasse soit si peu entretenue et qu'il n'y ai pas de parasol ou de pied de parasol pour une terrasse exposée SUD. Il n'y a pas de transat au bord de la piscine et personne n'est passé entretenir la piscine.
