− Stairway down to the property could do with a tidy up. Kitchen bay windows need blinds or curtains and the toilet door had no lock.
Our second time here
8.0Beautiful 2 bedroom bach with a fantastic view along with a gorgeous private spa. Second time staying here and it's my go to for any stays near or in Tauranga.
− The only downside is the steep hill and 2 flights of stairs to get to and from the property so pack light and only bring what you need down.
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat
8.0The location was amazing. The house was a lovely space in which to relax. Generally, well maintained and very clean. I wasn't looking for a spa pool, so that was a pleasant surprise.
− I wasn't so keen on the low hum of the spa pool outside the bedroom window if it was open on a warm night. However, it didn't seem to trouble my husband.

9.0The view over the water was beautiful. The proximity to all the local area and Mt Maunganui was great.
− The couch was really old and smelly.

− not so clean, and missing some towels. no shampoo etc. many insects in the room. Door lock was not easy to lock and open. Bring luggage to the room need pass many stairs and untidy places.
