− Upon entering we immediately smelled foul odor, the smell of molds, damp and dust, almost like a dead rat. We airated the tiny studio by opening the window despite the hot weather. Handsoap bottle was empty and was only given handsoap the day after reporting to host who seemed nice. Also requested airspray for the odor but not good enough. Tiny space as compared to the photos. Old bloodstains in one of the pillows and some yellow stains in bedsheet. The window curtain was dusty. Some stuff underneath the bed. A pink furniture was dirty and disgusting. The room was also beside the garbage room which also smells when you approach or exit the studio. We also reported this to the host who's overseas and apparently is not aware of the true state of the studio.

− Sana may mga games, para if ever na mag stay lang the whole day ung mag stay, meron silang maging activities. This is a suggestion only. For us, we don't need those, as we have an itinerary in and outside of the resort.

− The beach pool bottom was getting exposed with abrupt changes in depth, and exposed sharp jagged concrete bottom. Potentially dangerous. Also burlap/sandcloth could be seen dissociating from the bottom.
