Fantastisch uitzicht, goede conditie nodig.

− Het appartement ligt op de vierde verdieping (geen lift). Het gebouw ligt hoog tegen de berg aan. Voor fitte mensen geen probleem, maar om rekening mee te houden. Douche heeft regelmatig zeer weinig waterdruk en putje stroomt niet goed door. Plastic wasrek op terras valt uit elkaar van ouderdom. Een spijl was afgebroken, waarvoor verhuurder schade in rekening wilde brengen.
