The apartment is fantastic but there were problems at the complex with no support from the managers
8.0The apartment was really nice and very well located. It was very comfortable
− The lift wasn't working for the entire time we were there. We had to lug our bags up and down three flights of stairs. The stairs were the fire stairs which are not designed to be used normally and were quite steep. On the middle night the emergency warning system went off twice during the night. This is deafening and went for twenty minutes (each time) until the fire brigade showed up. People that live in the units say this is not unusual, they think some people may be triggering it. We called the after-hours support number but there was no response.

− I was abused regarding parking by the lady in unit 8 I had allocated parking which was taken so I parked somewhere else as I didn’t know

Fantastic unit in the middle of Bargara
9.0The unit was beautifully furnished which made it very welcoming and it was very clean. It was also situated very close to cafes, take aways & one street away from the Esplanade. It was so easy to walk everywhere and not take the car. The golf club was close by as well.
− The only negative thing was that even though the unit had internet, we couldn't seem to connect to it.

7.0− The common areas, lift etc could do with a good clean but the apartment itself was great. The apartment was hard to find at first without clear instructions about which floor/no number on the door.
