Overcharged and refused a direct refund, plus the room was dirty with unchanged, stained sheets and no hot water.

− We were overcharged and told to contact Booking.com instead of being refunded directly. The room was also not properly cleaned—the sheets hadn’t been changed and still had visible stains. On top of that, there was no hot water. Overall, very poor service and unacceptable conditions.

− Tenían un perro rottweiler en el parqueo y no fuimos informados, mi esposa tiene discapacidad autismo e hipertensa. El perro se lanzó sobre ella en varias ocasiones de manera hostil. El personal no hizo nada por ayudar o mantener el perro amarrado. Mi esposa sufrió una crisis de ansiedad y se le subió la presión. No se disculparon por el evento del perro y lo tomaron de forma graciosa. Luego nos cobraron 2 veces la tarifa del hotel y aún no he recibido el reintegro. No volveremos ni recomendaremos a nuestros amigos y allegados este lugar.
