− Cuarta planta, sin ascensor. Dormitorio estrecho con cama de 135 cm. Baño minúsculo con puerta de cristal; sin ninguna intimidad.

Metro ve toplu ulaşıma çok yakın bir konumda. Oxford street'e ve Hyde Park'a yürüme mesafesinde. Bu açıdan çok iyi.

− Ses ve ısı yalıtımı iyi değil maalesef. Gece sokakta yürüyen insanların ayak seslerini veya konuşmalarını çok net duyabilirsiniz. Uykuda ses hassasiyeti olanlar için uygun değil. Isınma ile ilgili sorun yaşamadık ama camlardan çok soğuk geliyor.

Perfect location, central and close to many shops and restaurants.

− The whole building was under renovation which was disturbing. We felt unsafe as workers on the scaffolds outside were watching us while we are in bed or setting inside the unit, windows are not secured and cannot be locked as they can be left up from outside. The category of this property should not be more than a studio where a small room is divided by glass wall into very small room with queen size bed and a sofa bed in a small lounge. There are three very old sliding glass windows covered by office curtains (blinds/small slides) which allows huge amount of day light to penetrate the glass window into the room causing discomfort in addition to the disturbing noises coming from the street caused by cars, noisy motorcycles and people talking on the street which made our stay very miserable. despite the efforts to keep it clean, a wet fungal smell still persists. The steam Iron is broken making water leaking which causes electrical hazard. The unit was described as of one king bed and one queen bed however, what we found is one queen bed and one sofa bed. The unit looks it was for office purposes but recently converted into a housing unit.
