− 1. The swimming pool water too cold & dirty 2. The building have 4 lift but only 2 lift operate, need 1 hour time waiting for lift to check out, end up walking staircase, see many people also walking staircase rather than waiting for lift 3. This is 1st time i rent and also last time. 4. Appartment no maintain, is bad experience to stay there.
