9.0It's a very nice clean hotel. The rooms are spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Lihn at reception who was willing to go extra mile in assisting us especially arranging the charging of my cellphone and power banks since my cable was not working
− The travel desk was not very helpful in providing info about the location and schedule of the public bus to Lao Cai station. The hotel doesn't have ample drop off for transported guests. It's located on the busy street and not easily accessible. Our shuttle had to drop us off few meters away because there's no dropoff. We pulled our suitcases for around 100 meters to access the hotel

10.0정말 훌륭했습니다! 호텔은 도심 한가운데에 위치해 있어 이동이 매우 편리했습니다. 이번 여행은 한국에서 20년간 일한 후 고향으로 돌아오는 여정이었는데, 그 자체로 큰 감동을 주었습니다.호텔에서 제공된 식사는 고향의 맛을 떠올리게 해주었고, 따뜻하고 친근한 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다.잊을 수 없는 소중한 경험이었으며, 다시 찾고 싶은 호텔입니다.
