Shower didn't work
4.0Great location 2 mins walk from the tube. Fan provided.
− Paid for private bathroom but the shower didn't have hot water. When I contacted the host, they said that it wasn't working due to pressure, but nobody told me ahead of my stay. They told me to use shared bathroom but I'd specifically booked a private one. Wouldn't have stayed if I'd have known this in advance.

6.0our room was on the smaller side but very cozy, the couch was a nice addition. the bed was really comfortable with crazy soft sheets. the shared areas are really well equiped, plenty of appliances in the kitchen plus a washing machine and drier. they have a nice system where shelves in the cupboards and fridge are divided by room number to avoid mixing items between guests.
− hot water was not working in the showers during our stay. after confirming with other guests that they have the same issue we contacted the property and they responded quickly but since it was the weekend they couldn't send anyone to take a look at it. it was a pretty cold weekend so having to take ice cold showers was very unpleasant. the stairs are rather steep here, which is not unusual for english houses, but i had a bit of trouble walking downstairs.
Great for a long weekend or a week….not long term
7.0Great location close to tube and supermarket. Really Comfy bed. Great washing machine and dryer. Properly cold fridge beautiful well equipped clean kitchen
− Needs some sound proofing. Of enough showers for the number of people using them…. One family of four tag teamed every morning
Very comfortable as I was on a work course all amenities were within walking distance
