Die Lage direkt am Strand ist kaum zu überbieten. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und modern. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und groß.

− Der Zugang zum Parkplatz ist etwas schwierig, da ein bestimmter Winkel angefahren werden muss um ein Aufsetzen des Fahrzeugs auf dem Gehweg zu vermeiden.

Für eine Ferienwohnung ein sehr großzügiges Licht durchflutetes Apartment. Ich war total geflasht als ich die Wohnung betrat und diesen wahnsinnigen Ausblick aufs Wasser sah.. als sei ich mitten auf dem Meer. Eine großzügige Terrasse ist auch dabei und mit dem Fahrstuhl fährt man direkt runter zu Gosch ins Restaurant. Von dem Trubel der Gäste bekommt aber in der Wohnung nichts mit, da die Fenster gut isoliert sind. Unseren täglichen Aperol haben wir auf der windgeschützten abgetreppten Seebrücke bei Sonnenuntergang genossen. Ein zum Apartment gehörender Parkplatz war auch gleich um die Ecke in der Nebenstraße.

− Bei der ebenerdigen Dusche könnte man einen Duschvorhang anbringen, da doch einiges an Wasser über den Duschbereich spritzt

Die Lage und der Meerblick - wunderschön. Die Terrasse nach hintenraus auch nicht verkehrt, da dort die Sonnenseite ist und man windgeschützt ist. Von daher ziemlich gut durchdacht.

− Es ist etwas dreckig und schmuddelig-leider. Wir fanden auf der Terrasse Pizza Kartons vom Vorgänger, einen Fleck auf dem Boden und naja Küche, Bad und Dusche eher mäßig geputzt. Die Wände sind abgewohnt und teilweise dreckig. Es ist sehr schade um das Objekt, denn eigentlich wirklich traumhaft schön.
