Perfect seaside stay with thoughtful touches, superb terraces and a host.
10.0We returned after our 2023 stay, and it’s still hard to imagine a better place on São Miguel. Everything is close, parking is literally by the door, and the two terraces have stunning ocean views—the sound of the sea at night, breakfasts facing the water, and star-gazing in the evenings. Lev is an exceptional host: he moved the washing machine into the apartment and even added three high wooden stools and a table after our suggestion so you can sit higher than the railing and enjoy the full ocean view.
− Honestly, nothing worth noting. I personally prefer a firmer mattress (my wife likes them softer), but that’s purely a matter of taste.
