− El ruido de la caldera cada ciertas horas ( en un par de ocasiones a las 02:30 horas )

10.0El apartamento precioso, limpisimo y perfectamente ubicado. Destacamos la comodidad de tener un supermercado justo al lado.
− El hecho de encontrar aparcamiento nos resultó muy difícil a pesar de haber muchísimos y gratuitos, pero está masificado. Si tenéis la suerte de encontrar uno os recomiendo no mover el coche.
