9.0Da localização, bem central, do apartamento, bem amplo, da cozinha bem equipada.Foi a Cozinha mehor que vi até hoje em apartamentos alugados.
− Não gostei do colchão, que afundava para o meio e dos travesseiros, muito duros e altos. O filtro da coifa estava cheio de gordura, que chegou a pingar no fogão, quando esquentava com o vapor. Os ralos do lavatório e do box estavam com dificuldade de escoamento.

− Colchão da cama era péssimo e na sala a persiana não fecha, por isso mal o sol nascia quem dormia na sala também. Não dormimos nada
