1.0− The apartment managed by Sea House has a nice sea view and is located in a quiet area, but overall the experience was not satisfactory. First, the location description was misleading. it is not a direct sandy beach location. The apartment is indeed by the sea, but there is only a promenade and rocks in front, not a suitable beach for access, which was disappointing. Additionally, the distance to the city center is not accurate. It is listed as about 1.5 km, but in reality it is closer to 8 km, which made getting around inconvenient. Cleanliness was below expectations. We found hair on and under the sofa upon arrival, and the apartment did not feel properly cleaned despite paying a high cleaning fee. There was also a very disturbing motor/pump noise, especially during the night, which affected our comfort and sleep. Communication was poor, with consistently delayed responses. We had to follow up multiple times to receive basic information such as the deposit receipt. Finally, the price is quite high compared to the overall experience and service provided. Overall, this place may suit those looking for a very quiet area with a sea view, but it is not suitable if you expect good service, accurate information, or direct beach access.

Not worth the price, but really nice place close to the water and restaurants.

− The view was great and it would have been even better if you could use the balcony, but a nest of wasps was there which made the balcony unusable and the company we rented the apartment from did not get rid of during our stay. The was lacking some utensils for making food. There wasn’t even a electric kettle for boiling water.
