10.0Perfect area for exploring the south west coast path. Lots to see and explore
− Finding the parking/driving through town when busy to park, but once found, left car for three days and explored on foot, so not necessarily bad, just a little anxiety provoking.

8.0Decor was tasteful. Fixtures and fittings were of good quality. Location was excellent.
− The washbasin in the bathroom was very awkward to use, though I appreciate the space constraint. The towels did not get dry once used due to maybe the type of ventilation in the bathroom. I've never used the type of keybox fitted before. A label by the box with clear instructions (rather than just being given the code) would be welcome, I tried calling your local help but the connection was poor, due to location no doubt.

9.0Location was great & everything we needed for our stay was there. Ideal free parking thrown in was also very handy.

Great stay. If we were travelling as a pair again we would deffo be back.
10.0The location was great, but parking was a little daunting so we parked the car and left it for a week. Encourages exploring!! We left our heart in Polperro and miss it greatly.
− The noise. We were lucky that there was only guests above and next door on our first night but it was quite loud.

10.0Lovely surroundings, everything you need was available , close to everything , parking was up a steep hill great for getting the lungs going first thing in the morning . The sound of the river is very relaxing , Very relaxing apartment .xx
− You could hear the residents upstairs. They weren't noises but you could hear every footstep , shower and toilet . Only to be expected in such a historic building.we had a beautiful stay
