− L’assistenza Abbiamo gentilmente richiesto un ventilatore, considerando che l’appartamento non era dotato di aria condizionata. La richiesta è stata però respinta con la motivazione che, secondo loro, i 27/28 gradi registrati all’interno non giustificavano l’utilizzo di un ventilatore. Troviamo questa risposta inadeguata e poco attenta al comfort degli ospiti, soprattutto in un contesto in cui garantire condizioni abitative accettabili dovrebbe essere una priorità.
