8.0My kids liked the TVs. Overall, it was a great property. Up to date/modern amenities. Clean and very helpful in that things you may have forgotten were provided.
− The outside of the property was not as aesthetically appealing as the interior property. The walkway was uneven, steps peeling. Hard to park.
Above the Sea is a special place in a quiet location and perfect for a vacation home.
9.0Our host provided the unit with just about everything we needed— from plenty of coffee and tea options to complimentary bottles of wine. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in both bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of pillows to choose from. It was obviously recently renovated with modern fixtures and appliances. We were very pleased with our location and our vacation “home away from home.”
− It was a bit difficult to find, but our host gave us the details that helped us locate the back alley property and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We would have liked an outdoor area to sit and relax, but we also realized that the owner was still working on improving the property and that might be in the plans.

10.0Well-appointed space with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. En-suite bathrooms in each bedroom made the stay very comfortable traveling with other family members. Beds were comfortable and plenty of outlets and USB sockets for your electronics. We had everything to cook a simple meal and enjoy coffee in the morning. Complimentary snacks and wine were a nice touch. Bathrooms were well designed, efficient, and included many amenities (toothpaste, floss, soap, etc.). Parking was a breeze and the neighborhood was nice to walk around. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful.
− Location was a bit far from things but easy enough with a car.

9.0Very welcoming, bright and cheery. Loved the mood set with the TVs and a personal message. Well stocked kitchen and the offer of a free bottle of wine was very nice ( although we don't drink). Loved that toiletries and things like cotton balls, Q tips etc were in the bathroom. Plenty of towels too!! The TV's were great ( 3 of them). Parking was easy and the neighborhood was very quiet. Beds were comfortable and the showers were fantastic. Autumn was very responsive and her attention to detail was much appreciated.
− Lighting outside from car to the entrance could have been better, we used our phone light.
