Great stay, would recommend!
9.0Great location, clean and well laid out with signage for easy instruction. Easy check-in and good covered parking right outside the door. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward.
− The furniture was not the most comfortable, but it was not horrible. Didn't find the outlets on the sides of the nightstands until we were cleaning up to leave!
Lovely large spacious stay.
8.0Lovely large spacious house. Had everything we needed, laundry room, cooking facilities, loads of space. THE BED WAS MASSIVE!! The house was nice and private.
− Property is lovely but owner threatens to fine for minor things - not stripping the bedding, not putting towels in the bathtub, not taking the bins out to the end of the road. (Even though they pay a cleaner- floors were also not clean). This made checking out a little stressful. Most of these we would have done anyway.

10.0This is a very clean and well appointed townhouse. Too bad I didn’t don’t need to start longer and take advantage of all it offers over a regular motel room.
We just want our money and our deposit back for the 2 days we weren't there
8.0The only think we liked was how kind the frontdesk host was super kind

10.0Honestly everything! Value, comfort, location, owner communication all exceeded my expectations. Great little property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to town. This would be my go to rental in Vernal.
