7.0Das Appartment hat eine gute,zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und ca 10 Minuten entfernt von der Altstadt. Das Appartment ist hell,einfach aber mit Allem ausgestattet,was man braucht.( Wasseroberfläche,Kaffeemaschine,Toaster,Spül-und Putzutensilien,Duschzeug etc. Ventilator,TV, funktionierendes W-lan
− Leider ist e sehr laut,da es an einer Kreuzung liegt,allerdings sind die Fenster so gut,dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht viel hört.
Das Zimmer ist eben nicht komfortabel, aber für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung,

− Den Schlüsselkasten konnte ich nur öffnen mit Hilfe aus der Schneiderei im Haus. Bis zur 3. Etage nur Treppen. Im Eingang ungepflegtes Treppenhaus.

7.0Das Appartement war sauber und geräumig. Es ist nahe am Bahnhof Lübeck und man kann bequem zu Fuß die Altstadt erreichen. Für eine erholsame Nachtruhe ist es ratsam, die Fenster zu schließen, denn das Haus liegt direkt an einer Ampelkreuzung. Die Einrichtung ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da ein bisschen neue Farbe gebrauchen. Das Appartement ist im 3. Stock und einen Fahrstuhl gibt es leider nicht. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sind Preis Leistung OK.

9.0Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und ZOB. Auch die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Fenster sind sehr gut Schallisoliert.
