Compact annexe in central location
7.0Lovely garden area to look at from the Kitchen/Diner. Open the window and listen to the birds. Few minutes from local shops. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location for visiting Plymouth and surrounding areas
− Bedroom layout means bed is right against the wall and the door to the annexe opens onto the bed the other side Wardrobe is in bathroom which meant clothes always slightly damp. Like all of the properties on this side of the cul-de-sac there are steep steps down to the annexe. Also 2 steps from bedroom into kitchen.

5.0I was really looking forward to this stay the location was perfect for work. I wanted self catering as didn’t want to eat alone in a hotel restaurant. Layout was great and the annex had everything you needed. Facilities were comfortable z
− When I arrived I hadn’t received an email explaining location and entry to the property. When I called the owner was a little short with me. When realising his mistake he did apologised. As a solo traveller arriving in the dark the experience did unnerve me .. the entrance to the property is shared with the adjoining property. This entrance is into the bedroom and when I was asleep I was disturbed by the tenant of the adjoining property entering and leaving the property.
