amazing hospitality! The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. Having a coffee machine made my mornings cozy. The hostess is just amazing, gave us so many useful tips on how to best use our leisure time, it was very useful. I absolutely recommend it to all travelers, and we ourselves will be back again!

We recently stayed in a suite hosted by Adele near Rome. The suite featured two comfortable beds and was a good value for the price we paid. The location was convenient, with private parking and close proximity to a train station, making it easy to visit Rome. Adele was very helpful, providing us with detailed information about the train schedules and restaurants nearby and also advising us to be cautious about our belongings in crowded places when visiting Rome. The area itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, the conditions were satisfactory, and we had a pleasant experience.

excellent place near rome! it’s absolutely a hidden gem just down the road from lake bracciano at an incredibly competitive price. I booked the place very last minute and didn’t speak italian but the owner was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. This is a great place to be if you want to appreciate authentic italian culture by spending time by the lake, or by catching the train into downtown and spending the day in Rome. I have nothing but the highest praise for this place, it massively succeeded my expectations.

if you are visiting Rome surrounding, I really recommend to stay here for several reasons: 1. You have a really warm welcome from the host, explaining everything and they are super available if you need something more (for instance, we have asked an iron and iron-board for iron our wedding clothes) 2. everything was arranged bia WhatsApp or voice, the communication was super 3. you get a small apartment, so you have everything you need, including washing machine and dry-rack 4. the car can be parked inside the big garden, also the area is really safe 5. if you need recommendation of what to visit nearby, just ask, you will be flooded by information 6. most important is the human interaction we had, nowadays we are booking and dealing our holidays with website and finger-click-applications, it is really nice when people start to share information and talk to each other, even between host and customer
